WE DO NOT CANCEL PARTIES DUE TO RAIN – WE RUN A FULL PARTY INDOORS. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO SNOW WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON DRIVING CONDITIONS AND RESCHEDULED BASED ON AVAILABILITY WITHIN THAT MONTH

WE TAKE MASTER CARD/VISA/ AMEX AND CASH. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. PARTY PACKAGE IS FOR UP TO 16 KIDS, EACH ADDT’L CHILD IS $9 , WE CAN HOST AS MANY KIDS AS YOU WANT

WE WILL DO AN HEAD COUNT THE DAY OF THE PARTY, WE CHARGE FOR ALL CHILDREN ON

GROUNDS EXCEPT FOR INFANTS IN CARRIERS. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR ADULTS.  FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR ANIMALS AND CHILDREN/GUESTS, NO ONE IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY UNATTENDED.

GRATUITIES

AS OF JANUARY 2006, ANY GRATUITIES GIVEN TO THE FARM WILL GO INTO AN ACCOUNT  TO PURCHASE NEW ANIMALS AND MAKE IMPROVEMENTS. NEW ARRIVALS AND UPDATES WILL BE POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE.

YOUR ARRIVAL TIME

PLEASE ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN 15 MINS BEFORE THE START OF YOUR PARTY.  WE WILL HAVE THE ROOM SET UP FOR YOU. IF YOU NEED TO CARRY UP ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES YOU CAN BRING HELPERS WITH YOU OR WE WILL ASSIST. LIMIT THE EXTRAS SO YOU CAN RELAX .

PARKING AND BATHROOMS

WE HAVE A PARKING LOT IN  FRONT OF THE BARN. SOMEONE WILL BE THERE TO ASSIST YOU AND YOUR GUESTS. WE ARE AN SMALL, PRIVATE FACILITY – WE ENCOURAGE CARPOOLING WHEN POSSIBLE. WE HAVE AN PORTA POTTY FOR OUR BATHROOM OUTSIDE OF THE BARN (INDOOR FACILITIES SOON TO COME)

WE OFFER  HAND SANITIZER UPSTAIRS AND THROUGH OUT THE BARN, BUT FEEL FREE TO BRING ADDITIONAL FOR YOUR GUESTS, IF YOU WOULD LIKE.
